Legal Notice
1. Website operator and scope
The BitCloud corporate website (https://token.bitcloud.com.cn) is operated by 杭州比特云网络科技有限公司 (referred to as “BitCloud”, “we” or “us”). This notice explains the rules for browsing and using this website and its content. Please read it before use, particularly the provisions on service scope and responsibility.
The website presents our company, products, technology, services and news, and provides inquiry channels. The Token Platform, API access, paid services and independent open source projects have their own agreements or licences. This notice does not replace them, and browsing the website does not activate a service or create a paid contract.
2. Website information and services
We take reasonable steps to maintain website information and investigate and correct identified errors. Product descriptions, diagrams, interface illustrations, articles and demonstrations explain capabilities. Available features, supported environments, delivery scope, prices and service levels are governed by applicable service documents and effective agreements between the parties.
Inference performance, hardware compatibility, throughput, latency and optimization results depend on the stated hardware, model version, precision, input and output lengths, concurrency and test method. Examples and results from a particular environment do not promise equivalent outcomes elsewhere. Planned features and schedules may change; confirm availability before purchasing or deploying.
3. Copyright and brand identity
Unless otherwise indicated or licensed, rights in original website text, designs, diagrams, images and other works belong to BitCloud. Quoted or licensed materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Displaying the BitCloud name, logo or product identity does not authorize impersonation or claims of agency or endorsement.
You may browse, share links to public pages and make quotations permitted by law. Republishing, adapting, bulk redistribution or use in commercial promotion must comply with the relevant authorization conditions. Rights already granted by a licence or by law remain available. Keep source attribution and required rights notices, and do not misrepresent the original meaning.
4. Software, documentation and open source
Software, source code, examples, API documentation and tools reached through the website are subject to the licence, service terms and third-party notices accompanying the relevant version. For projects such as BitTune and BitCloud Atlas, consult the licence files in the relevant repository and release. A website description does not grant or revoke those permissions.
For open source software, the applicable licence determines rights and duties concerning copying, modification, distribution and other uses. This notice does not restrict conduct permitted by that licence or by law. Check the separate conditions for dependencies, models and data; projects and versions may differ.
5. Responsible use and security
Use the website and inquiry channels lawfully. Do not impersonate others, submit information you have no right to provide, or send malicious code, spam or content that infringes others’ rights. Do not bypass access controls, access systems without authorization, steal data, or disrupt the website or other visitors through attacks or excessive requests.
Report suspected vulnerabilities or content issues using the email below, sharing only necessary details. Security testing requires prior authorization and must not involve accessing, downloading or distributing other people’s information. Where evidence indicates a security threat, we may apply necessary and proportionate access restrictions in accordance with law.
6. Inquiry materials and personal information
Forms and email support product and partnership inquiries. Provide only necessary information that you are authorized to share. Avoid passwords, API keys, complete identity documents, unauthorized customer data and trade secrets. Agree on a secure channel and confidentiality arrangements before sharing confidential materials.
Submitting an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials to BitCloud or give us unrestricted permission to publish them or use them in promotion. Personal information handling is governed by the Privacy Policy, notices for the relevant activity and applicable law. Browsing this notice alone does not provide blanket consent to all processing.
7. External websites and separate services
Links to GitHub, the Token Platform and other destinations help you access relevant resources. Check the destination address and read its terms and privacy information when leaving this website. Third-party operators are responsible for running and updating their own websites and services.
A link, name or compatibility statement does not by itself establish agency, a guarantee or an otherwise unstated partnership. Separate services supplied by BitCloud remain subject to their applicable agreements. Linking elsewhere does not remove responsibilities we must bear under law.
8. Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, network failures and other events may cause interruptions, delays or outdated information. We address known issues within reasonable limits, but do not promise that public information pages will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Do not base a production deployment or purchase solely on website examples.
Responsibility is determined by applicable law, effective agreements, actual fault and causation. This notice does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for personal injury or property loss caused intentionally or through gross negligence. It does not diminish statutory rights of consumers or other users.
9. Updates and disputes
We may update this notice as website functions or applicable rules change, showing the version and effective date on this page. Changes affecting important rights will be communicated appropriately as required by law. Where separate consent is required, a silent update or continued browsing does not replace it. Updates do not retroactively change rights and obligations under existing contracts.
This notice is governed by the laws of mainland China. Contact us to discuss a dispute concerning website use. If discussion does not resolve it, either party may seek resolution before a people’s court with jurisdiction under applicable law. An invalid provision does not affect other provisions that can apply independently.
